MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running show on TV right now. Abhimanyu and Akshara are winning hearts with their love.
Currently, Abhimanyu asks Mahima that when on the day of Dhanteras, he had told her about Akshara, how did this whole confusion happen? Didn't she talk to the family about it? Mahima tries to avoid the conversation and sees Manjari and Neil talking to Akshara. To save herself from the trouble, she makes a fuss about it and puts Manjari at fault in front of Abhi.
On the other hand, at the Goenka house, Akshara has returned. She reveals that she decided not to go back instead stay here and face the problems. Aarohi is upset with her decision, but then Akshara also told them that she had gone to the Birla house and rejected Abhimanyu's proposal in front of his family. They are upset with her decision, but Aarohi is relieved.
Previously, Akshara dreams about Abhi while she is collecting the papers for Abhimanyu's birthday party. Later, Aarohi is excited to go for the internship and she decides to woo Abhimanyu back and marry him, but destiny has other plans. While Abhimanyu is sleeping, Akshu reaches his cabin. She makes a special gesture to wish him on his birthday. Just when she leaves, Abhi wakes up and realises that Akshu was here for sure.
Aarohi is all set to go to the hospital, while Ruby is already waiting in Abhimanyu's cabin to meet him. She keeps coming to the hospital for random reasons just to meet Abhi. She reveals that she is here because her heart wanted to get treated by Abhi. He asks her to leave but Ruby is adamant and Abhi ends up leaving the cabin letting her sit alone.
Ruby is here to woo Abhi but is completely unaware that he loves Akshara and Aarohi is already set to lay eyes on him too. What will happen when all three ladies would come face to face?
In the upcoming episode, Akshara leaves for the hospital to help Manjari and Neil to celebrate Abhimanyu's birthday. While leaving, Kairav stops her but she finally gets a chance to reach the hospital. Abhimanyu gets his first surprise with the staff members wishing him and then the family, the kids pull him to the new ward where the surprise is waiting for him and they finally see a smile on Abhimanyu's face. He gets elated seeing them dance for him and suddenly feels that Akshara is somewhere around him, she is right there on the stage hidden under the layer of makeup dying to see him smile. Just when he turns, Akshara tries to hide holding Neil. Will Abhimanyu see her?
