MUMBAI: Star Plus’ longest running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is gearing up for interesting twist and drama. 

Kartik is tensed seeing Sirat worried wherein he suspects that something is surely going on in her mind. 

At the same time, Sirat finally comes to know that she is pregnant. 

Sirat is super happy with the news but she is scared of sharing the news with Kartik and the family. 

After Surekha called her stepmom, Sirat is quite afraid that if the family will again judge her and if the homecoming of her own child will lessen her love for Kairav. 

And this is when Sirat finally makes the big announcement to the family about her pregnancy.
