Aparna Tilak
The perky and compassionate Aparna Tilak, who plays Dr.Shalini in <em> Left Right Left</em> on SAB Tv, has bagged a new serial, but not in Hindi. It's a Marathi serial for ZEE Alpha and the actor is quite gung-ho about it as she relates her experiences, "People are so prejudiced that they ask in surprise, 'you are doing a Marathi serial?' I wonder why this attitude towards regional channels. But I am proud to admit Yes, I am."
But the surprise lies in her casting as Aparna recounts the incident, "I was called for the audition mistaking me to be a Maharashtrian by birth.

A friend in need is a friend indeed! And Aparna Tilak amply proved this to her dear friend Shveta Salve recently while shooting for the military academy based serial,<em> Left Right Left </em>(SAB TV), in which she essays the role of Dr.Shalini Singhal, a jovial and fun-loving medico.
