Garry Bhinder

Roshan is the wife of the late Garry Bhinder, ex-director of Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms.

But to Ekta Kapoor and her band of actors Garry was one of their dearest pals. He had directed some of Ekta's biggest serials like <em>Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki, Kis Des mein hai mera dil</em>, and was on board <em>Kahaani Hamaraay Mahaabhaarat Ki</em> when he was diagnosed with cancer and later succumbed to it.

Director Garry Bhinder passed away early this morning. Bhinder was suffering from blood cancer and was hospitalised at Hinduja Hospital under critical condition a week ago. Bhinder has left behind a son aged two years and a four month old daughter along with wife Roshan Bhinder. Bhinder has directed a number of Balaji shows like <em> Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii </em> Actor Ronit Roy who has worked with Garry in <em> Kyunki…</em> says, “He was a great friend and a greater human being. It’s a huge loss to all of us.”
