The romantic comedy journey of<em> Paani Puri</em> that began just eight weeks ago has already reached its end. Yes, the show is going off-air. It is slated to bid adieu this Saturday (October 18). A source from the production house informed, “The show is going off air on October 18.” Star India VP Marketing and Communications Prem Kamath says, “Yes, the show is going off air. It was a joint decision taken by the production house and the channel. Since the show was conceptualised for just eight weeks, it is going off-air now.”

After the evergreen laugh riot <em> Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai</em>, Star One is back with an all new sitcom<em> Paani Puri</em>. The story is set against the backdrop of two families hailing from different cultures. The Puri and Paani families come to live under the same roof after the marriage of their children Vikas Puri and Divya Paani. It is a romantic humorous show demonstrating clashes between these two families and romance between the couple.
