MUMBAI: Chandrabhan arrives with Yuvraj and his friends at the Rajput household, where the women welcome Yuvraj and ask him to sit so the Haldi ceremony can begin. Yuvraj insists that Anjali be the one to apply Haldi to him, with Chandrabhan and others echoing the request. Despite Mehek’s plea, Anjali agrees—but signals Sanya, who hands her a bucket of Haldi water. Anjali then dumps the entire bucket over Yuvraj, calling it a joke. When Chandrabhan questions her actions, Anjali reminds him that he once said the relationship between a brother-in-law and sister-in-law should have room for playful teasing. Meanwhile, Mehek’s Haldi ceremony is completed.

Later, Raghav arrives bearing gifts for Anjali, including a saree and jewelry, asking her to wear them and welcome the Baraat the next day. Anjali dismisses the gesture, calling it a bribe for doing his bidding. Gini and Sadhika try to convince Anjali by emphasizing the high value of the gifts, with Sadhika noting that Raghav personally chose them for everyone. Still, Anjali refuses and offers sarcastic remarks in return.
Abhay confronts Anjali about her stubbornness, but she retorts, questioning his right to speak to her that way. Mehek steps in, requesting Anjali to accept the gifts and fulfill the ceremonial duties, but Anjali warns that Mehek’s life will be destroyed if she marries Yuvraj. Abhay questions how she can be so sure.

Raghav tries once more, placing the gifts in Anjali’s hands and asking her to wear them and invite the Baraat. Anjali, however, rejects them, saying these gifts are shackles meant to force her into submission.
