The talent has not only shocked the judges but also the audiences.

Ishita Vishwakarma is one of the contestants of the show. She is a singer, and her voice is loved by the judges and audiences for its soothing quality.

A couple of times, we have also seen how the judges break down after her singing as it touches their hearts.

TellyChakkar got in touch with Ishita and asked her how her journey has been on the show, how she ended up as a contestant, and much more.

How has your journey been so far on the show?

The journey has been exciting. There have been a lot of ups and downs in my life. When I came on the show ,the situation was so different because I faced the worst tragedy of my life. I never thought that anything good would happen post my father’s death. But then, I got through the auditions and was fortunately selected.

Tell us more about how you ended up as a contestant of the show. Was the process tough?

The process was tough. During the silent auditions, there was some confusion as I was a solo singer and the talent on the show varies. But luckily, things went well, and the journey was a happy one.

Your voice is so soulful that when you sing, the judges break down as it touches their hearts. Whom do you credit this success to?

I credit my success to my mother, as she was the one who motivated me after Papa. She told me that after his death, I am the eldest child and I need to take the responsibility. When I gave the initial auditions, it had been just 15 days since he passed away. It was a tough decision to take. But my mother encouraged me, and the credit goes to her.

Among the judges, who is your favourite and whose comments are you afraid to hear?

Among the judges, Manoj Muntashir is my favourite because he shares a special connection with my dad.  I am also very close to the rest of the judges. Manoj Sir also writes, and Papa used to watch his work on YouTube and admire him. Manoj Sir is the first one to give me my big break. I never thought that someday, I would work with the person whom I was admiring and watching with my dad. It’s like a dream come true moment.

Well, there is no doubt that Ishita Vishwakarma is one of the most talented contestants on the show, and she deserves to be in the finale.
