The charming and good looking Fahad Ali, who rose to fame with his angry young man attitude playing KD in Channel [V]’s The Buddy Project, says that even though he does not get much time to watch TV, he enjoys watching shows and mostly movies whenever he gets the opportunity. In a talk, we posed a few queries to Fahad and let’s see what he replied. After a hard day’s work, which channel do you usually watch? I hardly get time to watch anything on TV, but when I go back home, I like to watch movies to relax. I generally get glued to Zee Studios and World Movies that have a great collection of movies which I sit back and enjoy. Fiction shows that you are currently watching on TV? The best show on TV is The Buddy Project (laughs) on Channel V. I also like to watch Entourage (HBO) and The Big Bang Theory (Star World) whenever I get some time. Then there is also Man v/s Wild (Discovery) and I also love watching Tom and Jerry (Cartoon Network) that I can watch for hours. Reality shows that catch your attention…? Adventure shows like Fear Factor (Colors) and Survivor series (Big CBS Prime) really interests me. Not just the international series, but the Indian one on Star Plus was also very interesting and exciting too. Personality you like on TV? It may sound biased but I like Manav (Gohil) Sir. He is really a nice person and since I haven’t interacted much with many of them, I’ll choose only him. Any foreign shows you feel can be made in India? I feel Entourage will make for a great show in India. It’s fun and Indian audiences like comedy. The show can actually be successful here. Given a chance which TV series would you like to be a part of? Like I said, Entourage will again be a show that I would like to take part in. The male bonding and the fun elements are really enjoyable. Also, given a chance, I would like to take part in Fear Factor or Survivorl.
