5 reasons why we are excited about SAB TV’s silent comedy Gupp Chupp

SAB TV

It’s not every day that a show treads an unknown path. But trust SAB TV to come up with exciting and interesting shows that cater to a wide range of audience. The latest offering from the channel aka silent comedy Gupp Chupp sure looks like it will be the next big hit of the tellyworld. We tell you why we are looking forward to it…read on:

Concept of silent comedy:

SAB TV seems to have found a success secret with silent comedy. After tasting victory with an earlier show, SAB TV is back with another one. With limited things to do, thanks to no speech, it would be interesting to see how the team pulls this off.

Kohli vs Sethi fun:

There are two families at the crux of the show. The Kohlis own a cake shop, while Sethis are more traditional with a sweets counter of their own. When they get down to outsmarting and competing with each other, it makes for a fun series. Who would eventually win? The Kohlis or the Sethis?

Curiosity factor:

We are desperate to know how a comedy show would be without cracking a humorous line. How the characters will make us all laugh? We want to really understand how this works and we can’t wait to tune in. What about you guys?

Interesting characters:

The two families have many colourful members that range from an older, mature person to a kid. The best part is that everybody knows what’s at stake and jump into the bandwagon to help their respective families out. Even the kids are no less, mind you!

No words, more expressions:

Since the characters can’t talk, they use facial expressions to make an impact. Their slightly exaggerated behaviour and body language make the show fun and also give the actors more reasons to shine.

Aren’t you guys excited for this show which is going to air on 6 August at 8.30 pm on SAB TV? Let us know in the comment box below.
