A simple girl, who is strong, independent and lives life on her own terms! Also, she has no idea how beautiful she is! Now don’t all these qualities just fit our Ishika...aka Divyanka Tripathi? The lady who recently overpowered life’s struggle all alone can project this powerful role perfectly. 

Asmara- Drashti Dhami

The hottest one out of the lot, Asmara was in love with Zaroon and he too got engaged to his BFF. The girl, apart from being smart and educated, was also the one proud of her beauty. She is a perfect combination of sugar and spice. With Vivian-Drashti jodi being  popular, she seems the perfect choice for Asmara! 

Osama- Shakti Arora

He was cute and the ‘perfect’ guy but lost on the heroine even with all the goodness he exuded. Shakti, who experienced a similar sorry state in the initial period of Meri Aashiqui...,is also a reason why we think he would fit the bill as Osama.

Junaid- Sachin Tyagi

The goody dad who time and again gave sense to his children, though personally went through a turbulent time, thanks to an ignorant wife, Junaid’s character can be portrayed best by Sachin Tyagi. Having the persona of goodness and responsibility, Sachin is our only choice for this role.

Ghazala- Rakshanda Khan

We haven’t seen Sachin and Rakshanda play a couple onscreen and this is a greedy wish. Also, the actress is capable of pulling off this strong woman with ease. 

Sara- Jennifer Winget

Sister of Zaroon, who decides to put herself first over her family and husband. But seeing her brother’s marriage work so beautifully, she realises that marriage is more than money and independence. The emotional graph that this character has can be best enacted by Jenny.

Rafia- Supriya Pilgaonkar

The epitome of goodness and patience, the single mother taking care of her three daughters after being stranded by her husband for a male child. Supriya Pilgaonkar has already mastered the mother roles on TV and we cast our vote for this talented actress as Rafia.

Sidra- Mihika Varma

When it comes to a sensible younger sister, Mihika Varma masters the character with distinction. Already seen in a stellar act with Divyanka (in YHM), we feel the two actresses would make the best sister duo for these roles too. And Sidra, of course, was Kashaf’s support all along, just like Mihika is to Ishita.

Shehnila- Niti Taylor

The youngest and the chirpiest of the lot, Shehnila brought so much fun to the show with her one-liners! Niti is one actor who can carry the cute character and add value to the success story as well. 

Murtuza- Varun Badola

The man who gives in to societal pressure to remarry for a son but somewhere connects with his first wife and children for the purity they emanate. Though guilt-stricken, he has his own selfish reasons to move on in life and make all wrong decisions. A helpless, frustrated man would suit Varun completely!

Nigar- Rajshri Thakur

The evil woman who despises her successful step-daughters and goes on nagging her husband. The talented Rajshri Thakur who has all the while played positive characters can do magic as the spiteful step-mom.
