The gossip mongers went proactive in letting the world know about this spiciest bit of information from Devoleena Bhattacharjee’s birthday bash.

As viewers would know the lovely actress celebrated her birthday yesterday (22 August), and she had thrown an amazing calling in party for her friends and family at a suburban lounge in Mumbai.

Almost all her costars and friends in the fraternity visited the bash. But what really created a buzz in the industry and fan clubs was that Devo’s hero Mohammad Nazim (from Saathiya) was not present in the party.

Gopi’s (Devoleena) current love interest Krishna aka Khalid Siddiqui also made his presence felt, but Ahem was conspicuously missing from the same.

What could be the reason, we asked!!

Are the two not in good terms? Did Nazim’s choice of moving out of the show hurt Devoleena? Have they fought? Do they don’t like each other like other leads of various shows?

With the nation wanting to know and to quench our curiosity thirst we decided to buzz the man himself, Nazim, to know the reason of his absence.

Surprised at our query, the young man shared, “It is rather funny and unreal. I had an early morning shoot and had thus woken up early. So when I came back home at around 8 pm, I thought I will take a bath and nap for some time since we were to reach by 10-11 pm. I had even selected my outfit but I slipped into a deep slumber. I suddenly woke up at 1 am and was shocked realising I had missed the party. I had several calls of Devo and I called her in the morning to apologise profusely. I know I cannot make up for it and it was rather silly.”

Awww...that’s really sad! But we are sure, the bond that you share with Devoleena, she will definitely forgive you.

So all you people looking out for gossip, time for you to rather celebrate their camaraderie!
