I should have won the Jhalak title-Sonali Kulkarni

This time luck did not favour Sonali Kulkarni. Her exit came as a shock. To her and the viewers. And she herself was not ready for the elimination. But that’s the reality of a reality show. Tellychakkar takes you on Sonali’s journey in Jhalak in an exclusive interview. Were you ready to leave JDJ this time? I was not prepared to go. I wanted to take my fight to the finish and was working very hard to get there. I’m shocked by this turn of events. I got lot of audience support but I lagged behind on scores. The final outcome is the combination of both the audience votes and the judge’s scores. If not you who do you think should have been eliminated? I can’t say who should go or stay back but I just know one thing that I should have been part of Jhalak, at least till the finals. If you ask me who should win the title I would still recommend my name. What do you have to say about the cold war between you and Sandhya? The talk about me and Sandhya and the cold vibes between us is not true at all. We share a very good rapport and everything is fine between us. Sandhya is a very sweet and charming girl. She is very passionate about her work and that’s what I like about her. I believe in healthy competition and that’s what I’ve portrayed on JDJ. There had been so many controversies after Sudha Chandran’s exit. Comment I feel like laughing loud when I hear all these so- called controversies about me. If I’ve survived due to my birthday then there should have been some cake cutting ceremony on the sets, which didn’t happen. Even after that I survived for a month, so all these talks are rubbish. What next? Definitely films are in the pipeline. I feel next year I’ll be doing some films which will have my dance number. Many of my director friends came to me and told me that they were surprised to see me dance so well.
