Manish Paul has been lauded for his acting abilities but it is hosting that remains his first love. Currently the host turned actor has two shows under his belt as a host. Manish is already hosting a cookery show Kuch Cook Hota Hai on 9X. And now he is readying himself to co-host Zee TV’s Ghar Ghar Mein with actor Vipul Roy. Says Manish, “I am hosting the cookery show Kuch Cook Hota Hai on 9X. Unlike the regular cookery shows this show is more about entertaining the viewers. The show starts with me dancing to a parody and then I take the audience to the cookery segment. It has been absolute fun and I am receiving overwhelming response for the same.” So will he be inviting any celebrities on the show? “I think I am enough,” wisecracks the actor. Talking about his other show on Zee, Manish says, “I am co-hosting Ghar Ghar Mein with Vipul Roy and we are working hard on the show. I hope that it is received warmly by the audiences.” Does this mean that acting has taken a backseat? “I have decided that I would take up acting only if the role excites me. I do not want to play a side-kick or a second fiddle to anyone. I don’t want to be a part of those saas-bahu sagas. Hosting is a passion for me and I am happy with the way I am going about it.” So are we Manish!
