MUMBAI:Raunak questions Ketki and Payal about their presence. Ketki informs him that the wedding date for Raunak and Payal has been set for tomorrow. Shocked, Raunak asks how he can marry so soon. Smita reassures him that everything will be arranged and urges him not to worry. Reluctantly, Raunak agrees.
Meanwhile, Prarthna asks Purvi if this is the temple where she abandoned her daughter. Purvi confirms and searches for her child but finds no trace. Prarthna inquires about the child’s appearance, and Purvi describes her as resembling her younger self. Just then, Gayatri arrives, informing Prarthna that Seema is looking for her. Prarthna introduces Purvi to Gayatri before leaving.
Raunak, unwilling to marry, pleads with Baa for help. Baa acknowledges his concerns but reminds him that stopping the marriage would hurt Smita. Not wanting to upset her, Raunak remains conflicted.
Prarthna returns home and overhears Seema speaking to a marriage broker, revealing that she agreed to marry off Prarthna to Bhavesh in exchange for Rs 2 Lakhs. Shocked, Prarthna confronts Seema, who reminds her that, despite not being her biological parents, they raised her with love and expect her to comply with their wishes.
Later, Purvi waits in the temple, where Prarthna joins her. Sensing Prarthna’s sadness, Purvi asks what’s wrong. Prarthna reveals that her marriage has been fixed, considering it a means to solve their financial troubles. However, Purvi questions whether Seema is marrying her off for money and urges her to reconsider. Prarthna, torn between duty and self-respect, struggles with the decision. Purvi reminds her of the significance of her name and her past sacrifices for her mother.
Meanwhile, Seema meets Payal, who asks if she is truly proceeding with Prarthna’s marriage to Bhavesh. Seema confirms and assures Payal that Prarthna will not go to Raunak. Satisfied, Payal agrees to the arrangement. Determined, Purvi encourages Prarthna to fight against her circumstances. Inspired, Prarthna agrees and later shares a meal with Purvi.
