Since I was nine years old, have been doing meditation and power yoga. Personal diet mantra? I do not have a sweet tooth but have sweet teeth! Hence I tend to eat sweets by the dozens. But I make sure that I cut down on carbs and consume food that is higher on proteins like fruits, chicken and paneer. On the other hand, I avoid eating potatoes and other fattening food. Are you a foodie? Yes, I am a big foodie. Exercise routine? My exercise routine is a mix of Power yoga and Tibetan yoga followed by meditation; all this in a span of three hours. Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian? I only savor on chicken and eggs as part of my non-vegetarian diet. Favourite cuisine? For a person like me selecting a particular cuisine is a very big task. This is because I love eating food be it Chinese, Thai, India, Mexican or Italian. Favourite dish… As I said, I love eating everything. A must on your breakfast table! It is said that whenever one wakes up in the morning, a person should eat something within 175 minutes. So I start my day with a glass of warm water and a fruit followed by my three-hour exercise session. After that I eat oats or breakfast cooked by my mother. Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee… I like having milk. Lunch generally consists of? I eat two chapattis, dal and vegetables or chicken curry. Dinner generally consists of? My dinner generally consists of a salad of boiled chicken. Dessert delights? I drool on chocolates and ice-creams. My favourite drink (non-alcoholic)! My favourite drink is fresh juice particularly that of water melon. My favourite drink (alcoholic)! I do not have alcohol. Most unusual dish I have tasted? Once I and one of my best friend ate Maggi bhaji. My friend used the spices that one uses to cook vegetable instead of the maggi masala. Experiment with food… Yes, once I had brown bread sautéed in butter with dry fruits, nutella and whipped cream. It was just euphoric! On the streets, I love to have… I love eating paani-puri. I also make sure that I have a gola and pav bhaji whenever I go to Juhu beach. Do you cook? No. Fitness tip? Rather than heavy training, I would like to advise people to meditate as it helps a lot. I feel one should be fit from inside to be happy.
