MUMBAI:The Episode starts with Digvijay rushing Rani to the hospital in a panic. He immediately calls for the gynecologist, desperate for help. As he asks the ward boy about the doctor’s arrival, the doctor enters and begins checking on Rani. Digvijay informs her that Rani is pregnant and urges her to treat his wife immediately. The doctor prepares for the sonography while Digvijay grows increasingly anxious, insisting on staying by Rani’s side. But the doctor firmly asks him to wait outside so she can do her work properly.

Left alone in the corridor, Digvijay reflects on how much pressure he had put on Rani lately, especially about her classes. Realizing his mistake, he decides to inform his mother. Meanwhile, Pinky tells Narayani that guests at the wedding were inquiring about their family. Suddenly, Digvijay calls Narayani and breaks the news—Rani has fainted, and it’s all because of him. He pleads with her to come to the hospital.
Inside, the doctor struggles to detect the fetus’s heartbeat, increasing the tension. Digvijay, standing outside, is consumed with guilt over how harshly he treated Rani. Narayani arrives and is told by Digvijay that the doctor is still examining Rani. Devu reveals that Rani had been under a lot of stress lately, and Digvijay continues blaming himself. Pinky starts wondering where Alisha is. Ishaan tries to reassure Digvijay, but the doctor finally reveals that they still can’t hear the heartbeat—there’s a possibility of a miscarriage.
Digvijay panics and insists on calling a senior doctor, but the attending doctor assures him that everything is being done under a senior’s guidance. Pinky decides to inform Alisha. Digvijay, completely shattered, breaks down over how poorly he treated Rani. Meanwhile, Alisha notices multiple missed calls from Kavita, and then Pinky calls to inform her about Rani’s condition. Alisha is furious—she blames Rani for always spoiling her plans. Still, she quickly composes herself and starts thinking about her next move.
At the hospital, Narayani prays fervently for Rani and the unborn child’s recovery. Digvijay finds himself at the temple, finally surrendering his ego. He folds his hands and tells God that he never asked for anything before, but this time, he’s begging—he wants Rani to recover, and he wants their child to survive. He admits his mistakes and vows to do right by her from now on.
Back at the hospital, Rani’s oxygen levels start dropping. The doctor urgently calls in a senior. Narayani is in tears when Alisha arrives. Narayani breaks down in her arms and begs her to get the best doctor for Rani. Alisha promises to take care of everything. Just then, Ishaan informs Digvijay that the senior doctor has arrived. Digvijay is stunned to see Soham leading the case. In an emotional outburst, he grabs Soham by the collar, but Soham remains calm. He tells Digvijay to put their rivalry aside—Rani’s life is at stake. Digvijay steps back, and Soham immediately begins treatment after reviewing her test results.
As Alisha tries to comfort Digvijay, he coldly tells her to stay away. Pinky reminds him that Alisha does care, and Alisha apologizes. Still overwhelmed, Digvijay asks to be left alone.
Later, as Soham gathers Rani’s family, Digvijay watches over Rani, who is still unconscious. Heartbroken, he holds her hand and silently asks for forgiveness. To his relief, Rani finally opens her eyes and sees Digvijay beside her. He reassures her everything will be okay. Narayani expresses her concern, and Soham delivers the good news—Rani and the baby are out of danger.
Soham explains that Rani has a hemoglobin deficiency that needs careful attention. Digvijay promises to take full responsibility for her health from now on. Soham also advises that Rani should avoid college for a few days and take complete rest.
