MUMBAI: Aishwarya Sharma is currently seen as Paakhi in Star Plus show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein. 

The actress was paired opposite Neil Bhatt on the show. However, as the story progressed, Neil's character Virat got married to Sai, which is being played by Ayesha Singh. 

While this proved to be a major turning point in the story, fans are loving all the interesting twists and turn so far. 

We all have seen how Virat has fallen head-over-heels in love with Sai, and Paakhi is left heartbroken seeing this.

However, Virat has always maintained a cordial bond and friendship with Paakhi. 

Paakhi's character has gone through a lot. From betrayal to losing the love of her life and not able to get all the love she deserves, she has no reason to smile. 

TellyChakkar got in touch with Aishwarya Sharma, who spoke at length about Paakhi's character. 

Aishwarya said, ''It is not easy to play Paakhi's character as it is extremely intense and it requires a lot of strength to portray it. It is very difficult to do this.''

On being asked if she feels that Paakhi's character should movie on, Aishwarya said that she really wants Paakhi's character to move on in her life. 

The actress said, ''When I play the character, I think that why is she crying? Why doesn't she move on? I feel extremely bad for Paakhi as she didn't get anything in her life. She is just surviving there. Well, that's how my character has been written and I am just going with the flow.''

Well, Aishwarya's character Paakhi has changed a lot with time, and viewers are going to see many shades of her character as the story progresses. 

Aishwarya has given her heart and soul to the character, and her efforts are paying off as fans are in love with her stellar performance.
