Recently, Hina, who is currently seen as Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, took to her page and shared how a cancer patient brought a smile to her face. 

Just a few days ago, the actress had sprained her neck and injured her back. When she visited the doctor to get treated, she met a fan at the hospital. Describing the person as an ‘angel,’ Hina wrote that she brought a smile to her face. 

She shared an adorable selfie with her and wrote, "Met this angle in Kokilaben hospital..while I was so much in pain coz of my neck. she brought a smile on my face. Her chemo's are going on and she has a certain screen time granted by the doctors and the only show she watches is my show. And she loves Komolika. You made my day sweetheart..wishing you a speedy recovery. Prayers from all of us."
