Rajshri Productions’ Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon Ki is one of the longest running shows on Indian television. Despite the duration the show continues to offer unexpected twists and turns to the story. Apparently, there is going to be a major twist in the tale. It seems that Anjana (Rajlakshmi), who plays Mr. Agarwal’s (Vaqar Sheikh) wife in the show will die of cancer. According to our sources, “In tonight’s episode, Anjana will collapse in a function. Later, the doctor will diagnose that she’s got cancer.” The source further adds, “Her death on the show is necessary for the change in track.” “Yes, Anjana is suffering from cancer in the show and she’ll die soon. Actually, she’s experiencing discomfort since a very long time but it will gradually be seen in the show,” confirms Vaqar Sheikh. Elaborating more on the track, he says, “During her illness and death, my second love interest on the show, Payal will come into the picture. She will be the one to take care of Anjana during her sickness. Thus, Anjana soon realises that Payal (Neha Desai) is the right person to take care of my family and me after her demise. Basically, this illness will get her closer to Payal and build a bond between the two.” Rajlakshmi remained unavailable for comment.
