Here we go again!!!
It’s consummation season in Life OK. After Kaisa Yeh Ishq and Gustakh Dil, channel’s other venture Tumhari Paakhi (Shashi Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt Ltd) too will air a consummation sequence between the leads Iqbal Khan (Anshuman) and Shraddha Arya (Paakhi).
The scene would focus on the courtship moment where Paakhi convincingly will charm Anshuman as part of a challenge on how well she can woo Anshuman and make him fall in love with him. The story will gradually progress with the two making love.
With promos currently on air, the consummation sequence will telecast on 28 April (2014).
When we spoke to Producer Sumeet Mittal, he brought to light the significance of the scene. He said, “I believe people are really attached to Anshuman and Paakhi and were eagerly waiting for them to get along with each other. I am sure their closeness and bonding as husband and wife will create a lot of excitement amongst the viewers and will give them a contented feeling.”
“Also, we can’t keep all good things in one episode especially in the case of Anshuman and Paakhi, they haven’t got anything easily. So we have added a little twist for the viewers which they will see in the upcoming episodes.” he added.
When we got in touch with actors Shraddha Arya and Iqbal Khan, who essay Paakhi and Anshuman respectively, they claimed that there was no level of discomfort while filming the sequence.
Shraddha said, “The promo is looking great and we have been receiving good feedback. I am sure the consummation scene will click with the audience and will be very well accepted.”
“Well, I have been in this industry for 14 years and I have done these scenes. The comfort level and understanding between me and Shraddha is very good and hence we had no nervousness while shooting for the same,” added Iqbal.
