Star Plus’ show Diya Aur Baati Hum is slowly and steadily (but impressively) rising up on the TRP ladder. And to gain more viewers’ attention, the makers (Shashi Sumeet Mittal Productions) have now decided to infuse an interesting twist in the upcoming episodes. Well, here’s the real dope. Sandhya (Deepika Singh) will get punished by Bhabho (Neelu) for breaking an important rule of the Rathi family.
As already seen in the show, Sandhya has been facing problems to adjust in the house. On the other hand, Bhabho, due to some past history, doesn’t believe in the idea of casting vote. But in the coming episodes, Sandhya, who will be unaware of Bhabho’s dislike, will go ahead and cast vote. Sandhya’s husband, Sooraj (Anas Rashid), will be in a dilemma to support his wife or not. But finally, he will stand by Sandhya.
“Bhabho will later punish Sandhya. Bhabho will tell her to fetch water from a far away place. The punishment will be a difficult one given the climatic conditions in Pushkar, Rajashthan,” informs a reliable source to Tellychakkar.com
We spoke to Anas Rashid (Sooraj) who said, “Yes, a horrible situation will arise. But as a responsible son and husband, I will try to calm down things.”
