MUMBAI: Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka (Sphere Origins) receives a lot of audience attention thanks to its bold content.

The show received a mixed response on the concept. There are a section of audience who is unhappy about the extramarital affair between Nandini and Kunal (Drashti Dhami and Shakti Arora respectively).

In the previous episodes, Mauli’s (Aditi Sharma) birthday celebration was shown, wherein Kunal and his family gave her a surprise. Mauli was happy with the surprise, but the pain of her husband and friend cheating on her was still evident.
