MUMBAI: Bigg Boss is one of the most popular reality shows. Currently season 13 is on air. Many celebs have participated in the show and the drama in the house is in full swing. 

The reality show is heading towards its first finale, and with the same, the show will see entry of wild card contestants. One of the wild card contestants is Tehseen Poonawalla.  He is soon going to enter the house of Bigg Boss 13 as a wild card contestant. He is currently locked up in a secret room, from where he is keeping an eye on other contestants and analysing their moves. While he may be in a reality show for the first time, but Tehseen has had a fair exposure to public life quite early on. 

Tehseen is a TV show host, political analyst, columnist, entrepreneur and a fitness enthusiast. He is also a Ted-X speaker and a life coach. On the personal front, Tehseen got married to Monicka Vadera, cousin of Robert Vadera, in 2016. Interestingly, Robert is married to Rahul Gandhi's sister, Priyanka. Hence, Tehseen is now a distant relative of the Gandhi's. 

Tehseen might be a Congress supporter and a staunch follower of the party, but has never shied away from critiquing some of its actions. He is the elder brother of former Congress secretary of Maharashtra, Shehzad Poonawalla. He hails from an affluent Muslim family. The two brothers started working on their entrepreneurial venture in 2008, when Shehzad started networking with senior Congress leaders, and later drifted into politics. 

Tehseen had an ugly fallout with his brother Shehzad during the Congress Presidential election in December 2017. The latter had called elections a 'sham'. This prompted Tehseen to end all relations with his brother Shehzad as he tweeted, "It is totally unacceptable to me and my family that Shehzad has dragged Mrs Gandhi into this, he should have presented whatever issues he had in the party forum." In another tweet, he wrote, "I officially end all relationship with @Shehzad_Ind . I have never been this hurt. We needed to defeat the BJP. This is unacceptable . Im very very hurt today . Been stabbed in the back ..And how." 

Tehseen is hailed as a youth icon by several of his followers. Interestingly, Tehseen and his wife are into fitness and quite active socialites. They are pretty stylish. In fact, interest in fashion is also the reason why Monicka also owns a jewellery brand of her own. 

In the last weekend Ka Vaar, Tehseen had told Salman that he is entering the house to bring some order in it. It needs a leader and he plans to be one to help the contestant be a little more disciplined. Owing to his connections, it is rumoured that Tehseen is being paid insane amount of money to be a part of the show. In terms of his fee, he has beaten Rahsami Desai as well, who reportedly was the highest paid contestant so far.
