MUMBAI: Vikas Gupta, who was originally seen in Bigg Boss 11, was called to play as Devoleena Bhattacharjee's proxy in Bigg Boss 13. 

Vikas, who is hailed as the 'Mastermind' was again called by the makers of Bigg Boss to participate in the 14th season to play as a 'challenger'. 

After facing several challenges inside the house and dealing with accusations and fights, Vikas Gupta has been evicted from the show this week.

Vikas Gupta's journey inside the Bigg Boss 14 house has come to an end. The producer shared a good equation with Rakhi Sawant and a love-hate relationship with Arshi Khan.

He was in the news for his quarrels with Arshi Khan, where he once pushed her into the pool because she pointed fingers at Vikas' family. Vikas was punished by Bigg Boss and was expelled from the show. However, he returned back to the show and was strictly conditioned into exiting the show owing only to his illness issues.

The contestant had a joker card with himself, which he could use once during the entire season. Host Salman Khan told him that he has one chance to save himself from the evictions, but Devoleena will get evicted instead.

Vikas Gupta refuses to use the joker card and says that it would be unfair to use the joker card because the audience has given him fewer votes. He saves Devoleena Bhattacharjee aka Eijaz Khan. 

Vikas hugged everyone and wished good luck and gave a piece of advice to everyone. Devoleena insisted Vikas on using his joker card, to which he got emotional, hugged Devoleena and Rakhi Sawant and cried his heart out.
