MUMBAI: The reality TV show Bigg Boss has been one of the most loved shows on television. It is also one of the most controversial shows on television currently. In season 16 of Bigg Boss, there have many fights taking place in the house. While these incidents have been going on, contestant Shalin Bhanot has voiced out that he wants to leave the reality show. This comes after the tiff between Shalin and MC Stan which almost got physical. Tina Datta and Sumbul Touqeer, who have been his closest companions throughout, tried to calm him down after the fight.
Very soon, Tina got angry with Sumbul and shouted at her and asked her to leave. Both Tina and Sumbul even asked each other to calm down. Tina said, “This is the limit of possessiveness. Why does she behave like he is her best friend? Who is she to tell me all this? Do you have any friends? Shalin ko pakad ke rakhti hai din bhar (You stick around Shalin the whole day).”
Sumbul also claimed that she did not want to continue staying in the house in this situation. Shalin Bhanot turned towards the camera and said, “He (Stan) started abusing and provoking. Please check the footage and take appropriate action. Otherwise, I will be leaving tomorrow, that is a 100 percent sure thing.”
A little while later, Bigg Boss called Shalin, Tina, and MC Stan to talk. Even before Bigg Boss could speak a word, Shalin got into a fight with Tina. Bigg Boss asked him to calm down and said that Shalin was trying his best to make Tina feel better, but they started fighting when he stopped listening to her or MC Stan.
Bigg Boss then added that the abuses were so ugly that they could not air or show the footage to anyone at all. Bigg Boss asked Tina to decide whether any one person is to be blamed for the fighting, but Shalin interjected and said that Tina's opinion does not matter to him.
Bigg Boss further said that both Shalin and MC Stan fought and abused, but Stan was a bit more aggressive, as shared by Tina. After Tina and MC Stan were sent away from the room, Shalin revealed that he wanted to quit the show. He said, “I am happy to be part of the show but he would not stay in the show if Shiv Thakare or MC Stan continued to be there.”
Afterwards, Shalin shared with Gautam Singh Vig that he was upset that Tina did not support him and spoke with MC Stan as well. “That woman used me like tissue paper. I don’t ever want to see her face. What a player. She is meant for the show. I gave her my heart and soul. Nothing could have affected me so much. She played and didn't ever trust me.”
