Charu Asopa, the elegant Preeti of Star Plus’ Mere Angne Mein (Sphere Origins) is passionate about her dance, and wishes to be part of a musical and dance based show in future…

With a diploma in classical dance under her name, Charu simply enjoys it and feels rejuvenated as she starts dancing. Yes, that is her ‘only’ love at the moment.
 
Says Charu, “I keep myself busy when I am not shooting on the sets of Mere Angne Mein. I put the music on, and let the energy flow. It gives me a relaxed feeling and helps me concentrate on my work even better.”

Charu is known for her choreography on the sets of her show too. And whenever there has been a song and dance sequence on the show, Charu’s steps have been followed by her co-actors. “Yes, I give my inputs to my co-actors whenever we have a dance sequence. I love to choreograph steps and enjoy doing it.”

Ask the actress if she wants to do more justice to her dancing capabilities by picking up a show based on dance, and she avers, “Why not? In fact, I would love to play a role that requires me to dance. In fact, my dream role is Umrao Jaan, and I hope to get a role of that stature.”
