From having restricted meal quantities to undergoing extreme body transformation workout regimes, the tp models leave no stone unturned to achieve their daily targets. Reportedly, the amount of water to drink on a daily basis is also prescribed by their trainers.

1. Karan Singh Grover

2. Parth Samthaan

Model turned actor Kushal Tandon also started his showbiz career as a model. He pursued modelling in his initial days and was the first runner-up of the Grasim Mr. India contest, that was held in January 2005.
