MUMBAI: Ramayan is one such series of the 90s which gave instant and overnight fame to many actors and actresses. Ramanand Sagar left no stone unturned to make the most perfect casting of each and every character in the show.

From Arun Govil to Dara Singh, every character became an iconic one and is still remembered for their role.

One such character of Ramayan is of Vijay Arora who played the role of Meghnad Indrajit. He was Ravan's son.

Interestingly, before Ramayan, Vijay had starred in many Bollywood films and one of his notable films was Yaadon Ki Baarat. The actor is still known for his dashing looks and charming personality in the song Chura Liya Hai Tumne Jo Dil Ko. The actor starred opposite Bollywood hottie Zeenat Aman.

Coming back to Vijay's role in Ramayan, the actor's character became an instant hit among the viewers. Vijay played the role of Meghnad Indrajit with a lot of perfection and it was impossible to find any flaw in his role.
