Ek Ghar Banaunga is an important show for me - Hemant Choudhary

Hemant Choudhary
Actor Hemant Choudhary has recently joined the cast of Raakesh Paswan’s Ek Ghar Banaunga on Star Plus. He has stepped into the character of Shashikant Garg, father of the male lead Akash (Rahul Sharma). Well, as viewers would have noticed, Hemant has gone on to replace actor Narendra Jha to play the pivotal role. Hemant is presently seen in Zee TV’s Buddha in the role of Mahamantri Udyan. He essays Kripacharya in Star Plus’ Mahabharat. For Hemant, this role in Ek Ghar Banaunga is very important for many reasons. Says the actor, “Well, Buddha is a fixed show, and I had to look for more work in the next few months. As for Mahabharat, the shoot happens in Umargaon, and I need to give a certain amount of days. So I was on the lookout for a show for which I can shoot in Mumbai. I did not want to take up too much of travelling. And when I was offered the role of Shashikant, I readily took it up.” Talking of the meat that his character has, the actor states, “Shashikant is one of the pillars of the show. He is present in every important scene, and his actions and reactions get utmost precedence in every track. So I am enjoying being part of the show. For all these reasons, Ek Ghar Banaunga is an important show for me, wherein I have lot of scope as an actor. The show is doing very well, considering the early evening slot it airs on.” Adding more, the actor avers, “As of now, I have gotten a good feedback from people. I have replaced a noted actor in Narendra Jha, and to get noticed so soon makes me happy. I am putting in my best of efforts, and will want the viewers’ support with valuable feedbacks.” Hemant, we wish you all the very best for your new role!!
