MUMBAI: ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ fame Hina Khan took to her social media handle to share a heartfelt throwback video of her father, Aslam Khan, playing hide and seek as she remembered him on his first death anniversary.

It was last year, in 2021 when the actress lost her father due to a heart attack. Sharing this happy video of her father, Hina wrote, “20th April 2021. This day changed our lives forever. Miss you dad.”

Hina was closest to her father. During Ramzan, she was terribly missing her father. Hina Khan shared a photo with the caption, "Missing You" with a broken heart.”

Hina Khan shared a very friendly bond with her father. During the period of Ramzan, the father-daughter duo would wake up early in the morning for 'sehri' and record hilarious videos and share them online. Those videos had day-to-day life situations about getting fans and a fridge cleaned up, being a little afraid of their mother's reaction to the mess they create, and a lot more.

Last year, when her father passed away, Hina was in Kashmir working on a project with Shaheer Sheikh. Soon after learning the news, she rushed back to the city.
