Star Plus' popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Director's Kut) has had an enriching journey of eight years, and the loyal fans of the show have had lot many nostalgic moments.

In the same way, the story will now head for few nostalgic moments wherein the fruitful journey of Akshara (Hina Khan) will be depicted from the time of her being single to getting married to having kids.

Awww!! Yes, this will be the next big high point during Akshara's birthday. All the family members will join in to make the occasion big for Akshara.

As per sources, "Naira, Karthik and Gayu will bake a cake for Akshara. All of them will give Akshara the biggest gift by enacting a play which will depict her journey.  While Karthik will play Naitik, Naira will play Akshara's part."

The entire family will sing and dance and ask Akshara to sing a song as well.

But are these nostalgic sequences a platform for Akshara's exit from the show??

For the uninitiated, Hina Khan has been in the headlines for her troublesome behaviour on the set. And there have been lot many reports about Hina being all set to bid adieu.

We hear that soon after Akshara's birthday, she will meet with a tragic accident.

We tried buzzing Hina and Producer Rajan Shahi for a comment, but they remained unavailable.
