MUMBAI: Erica Fernandes is one of the most popular and stylish television actresses. She is currently winning hearts by essaying the female lead in Kasautii Zindagii Kay. 

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Erica spoke about her love for food and what her cheat meal is. The actress revealed that she eats whatever she can, from jhunk to healthy. In fact, her cheat meal would rather be salad because she is on junk throughout the week anyway. She also shared that her room on sets is always stacked with food and anyone ever needs anything to eat, she has everything for everyone.

She also spoke about her go-to exercise routine. “I get bored doing gym so I am looking for exercises which keeps me interested. I am looking to gain some muscles now.” Not just that Erica also explained that when someone tries to skinny shame her, she has the perfect answer to it. She said, “If someone tells me I am too thin, I always tell them I am much stronger than you, I can fit into whatever I want.” 

Erica also revealed that she loves sharing food on sets. About completing a year in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Erica expressed her gratitude towards fans for being a rock in her career always. Erica also exclaimed that Parth Samthaan has now moved to a healthy zone and that she enjoys bingeing with her other co stars, Shubhavi Choksey and more.
