How do you manage to balance your fitness regime amid the hectic working hours?

I try to go to the gym at least 3 to 4 days a week. If I won't go to the gym, I'll be out of shape and I won't be confident. I don't want to enter that phase where I am not feeling confident about myself. I don't have any goals as such. I used to do Kathak in my college days. That was a physical activity. But during the lockdown, everything came to standstill. I go to the gym and that’s the only physical activity I do right now.

My biggest support is my mom. She wakes up early and makes tiffin for me. I take food from home at work. I can't control my hunger at all. I want something to munch.

If you got a chance to fulfill three wishes, what would that be?

I want to go and stay in the mountains for good one or two months. I want to enjoy the therapeutic time. I want to live a peaceful life for a while and I know I'll do it someday.

I want to learn bullet journalling I have been hooked on this. It is a nice way of channelising your mindfulness. I had recently attended a workshop and felt quite good.

A childhood memory you wish to relive?

I want to be young and stay a child. I wish to live with my grandparents and parents. I have realized that now I am an adult in the house and my parents are turning into children. I am not liking this feeling. They look up to you for everything. That is something I miss the most.
