MUMBAI: TV's handsome hunk Anuj Sachdeva is all set to be back on the small screens after a long time.

The actor has bagged Rajan Shahi's new show Woh To Hai Albelaa and fans can't keep calm.

Anuj will be playing a pivotal role in the show. The story revolves around three brothers.

Woh To Hai Albelaa also stars Shaheer Sheikh and Kinshuk Mahajan in the lead roles.

Anuj will be seen in a completely different avatar in the show and the viewers can't wait for it.

TellyChakkar got in touch with Anuj who spoke at length about the show, his character, and much more.

What made you choose this character for your comeback on television after a long time?

The main thing I liked about the character is the benchmark where I am the ideal son, brother, more like a father. My character also has an angle where I will be taking care of someone who is opposite to me. Maybe, my character is a picture-perfect guy which every person dreams of. He is the apple of everyone's eye. Everyone can rely on him blindly. I have never played such a character before. This is the right thing to do. At the same time, I also believed in Rajan sir's vision. He explained to me about the character and I just believed in his vision.

How different is the storyline from a normal daily soap?

There are a lot of twists in the show which the viewers have seen through promos. We have already generated a curiosity due to which people will love it and watch the show. At the same time, there is a bonding between the two guys. There are three brothers and they have their own characters to play. Kanha is someone who is in his own world and doesn't think much before doing anything. On the other hand, Nakul, the character played by me is someone who walks ahead of Kanha and shows him the right path. But Kahna fears Nakul. This is actually extremely real. People are loving the brotherly love or the bromance between us. That is something very different from a normal show.

How is your off-screen bond with Shaheer and Kinshuk?

They are amazing people. Everyone has a different experience with different actors. My experience has been great. I am in love with the kind of bonding we have. There is mutual respect which we all share with each other. I love the fact that we share a great bond off-screen just like it's shown on-screen. We crack jokes, laugh, have fun. I didn't know how the equation will be because it's important to have an equation with the co-stars.
