MUMBAI: Star Plus show Imlie has been extremely interesting and the audience has been in awe of the drama.

It was only recently that we reported that Aryan will have a liking towards Imlie and somehow, in a turn around of circumstances, she will end up finding out that there is a relationship between Aryan and Aditya.

Well, now adding more twists to the storyline, the makers have roped in Baalveer actress Piya Valecha to spice up the drama.

Piya has earlier been seen in shows like Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant, Baalveer, Hum Paanch Phir Se, Saam Daam Dand Bhed among others in the past. She was more recently seen in Maddam Sir and Colors’ presentations Choti Sarrdaarni.

Produced by Gul Khan, it stars Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani. The series is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Ishti Kutum. The narrative revolves around how Aditya lands at a village to report on a gangster and later, situations lead him to get married to Imlie while he is already committed to Malini for marriage. Since he cannot handle the situation well, he ends up getting married to Malini too.
