Shows about the supernatural and mystic have become quite the rage with VFX-dependent storylines, magic and sometimes, scary creatures, but they are the genre that has caught the audience's fascination.

Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd. is an Indian content creator, aggregator, and distributor, specifically in the media and entertainment industry. It is all set to bring a new show for Shemaroo Umang, titled Razz Mahal, which will star Ridhiema Tiwari, Himanshu Soni, and Neha Harsora.

The show will feature Himanshu Soni and Neha Harsora in a new avatar.

Neha Harsora is an actor, who is known for her roles as Ananya Awasthi for Ishara TV’s show Agni Vayu and Anu Mukherjee in the Colors TV ‘Thoda Sa Badal Thoda Sa Paani’.

TellyChakkar got in touch with the actor to talk about her new show, expectations, and more.

What made you say yes to the show?

This role was challenging and offered something new with which I would have problems in the future, because I would get to learn so much from this, starting from my language. Hindi is very proper and I have worked very hard on the getting the pronunciations right, as I can’t make the words or use English as a substitute. I started reading Hindi books, incetsed in audiobooks, and things like that, so that I can focus on conveying the emotions. Those are some things I have prepared for this show and it is tiring. That is the preparation from my end as Sunanina.

The tone of the show is dark, and sometimes to stay in character, the show can have a different vibe on set, was there a negative impact?

The look of the show might be dark, but whoever I have worked with I have never felt negative ever, or ever got that vibe that things won’t be good. Even when we are fighting in the scene, I never felt negative.

Your character meets Himanshu’s character in a different situation, what would say was the first impression of the character, especially about what kind of a person he is?

Sunaina can’t stand if something bad is happening to anyone. So, she is just taking part, saying that she has been born and brought up in the jungle and is very one with nature. She will not tolerate animals being hurt and can’t stand someone acting entitled or harming her family.

Raaz Mahal airs on Sheemaro Umang and stars Ridhiema Tiwari, Himanshu Soni, and Neha Harsora.
