TellyChakkar has exclusively learnt that Himanshu Soni is likely to play the male lead.
The actor might romance Simaran Kaur on the show.
Himanshu has previously starred in shows like Neeli Chatri Wale, Buddha, Khatmal-E-Ishq, and Biwi Ke Nakhre among others.
We had earlier reported that actor Gaurav Sharma who was last seen in Star Plus' show Shaadi Mubarak might play the lead role on Mahesh Pandey's show.
Gaurav is known for his shows like Ladies Special, Chandragupta Maurya, Diya Aur Baati Hum, and Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi among others. He has also worked in many Bollywood films.
As we reported earlier, Zee TV will be undergoing a revamp of shows, where they will be launching many new shows.
Owing to the COVID situation and the IPL getting scrapped, all the channels on television will be coming up with new shows with interesting concepts to keep the audience hooked.
Currently, Zee airs some of the top-rated shows that rule the BARC charts in the likes of Kumkum Bhagya and Kundali Bhagya.
