MUMBAI: Mansi Srivastava has been a part of several shows and she has won the hearts of a zillion fans with her sweet smile, grace and charm in shows like Ishqbaaaz, Ishq Mein Marjawan and now she is currently seen in Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya. 

In conversation with Mansi, she spoke about her experience shooting for the show.

What made you say yes to Kundali Bhagya?

I liked the character, and Kundali itself the show is very popular and it would have been my first show with Balaji and the character is very good.

Do you look forward to work with Balaji more?

Yes definitely, they are very organised and there is no chaos in working with them.

How did you prepare for the role?

Initially I was told it was like Kajol from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai , like best friend , tomboyish and I picked a little from that character and rest I worked on the character.

What is the one thing you would like to change about your character?

Now that she is become a little grey, I would like to change some things and become positive and I think she is too obsessed with Karan, if I was Sonakshi I would have not been so obsessed, otherwise her style is nice.

What was your first reaction when you finalised for the show?

I was happy and excited that I am working with Balaji and I knew the format , what kind of acting and character they make and want.

How do you deal with creative differences?

I have not had any differences , our creatives are very sweet, Jassie is very sweet and Mukta mam briefed about what she wants and I tried to deliver that only, and story wise I am liking it.
