MUMBAI: Star Plus' newly launched show Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali is currently ruling several hearts. The show has become everyone's favourite in no time.

South actors Sai Ketan Rao and Shivangi Khedkar are playing the lead roles of Raghav and Pallavi on Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali.

Apart from the lead pair, there's one more duo in the show that has garnered immense love, that is Keerti and Sunny. Well with the upcoming track, Keerti aka Sayli has 

In an exclusive conversation with Sayli, we asked her about Keerti turning negative and was it a shocker for her, Sayli shared a fascinating insight about it, "I was completely unaware about my character turning negative, when I first got the script description the twist I found it extremely interesting and was excited to unveil this new shade in my performance."

"Previously, Keerti was a loving girl, she loved her family, her brother. Pallavi was her best friend but now after Sunny entering her life, his influence and love changed a lot in her and brought out the grey shades of Keerti. But I am enjoying this new turn to the story as it brings more chances for Keerti to unveil her layers in front of her fans", she added.

While talking about her negative role, we couldn't hold back at asking about how she deals with the trolls, "Since the character has turned negative I receive constant hate and threats in my inbox, it used to affect me before but now Sunny (Kusshagre), Lion (Ankit) and I read those messages and joke about it. I feel the audience should hate Keerti more for her performance, it boosts us to do much better and make them glued to the screens."

"Sayli and Keerti are completely different in this present scenario and it scares me that with this massive amount of hate in my inbox, it shouldn't turn unsafe for me when I go out in public as the viewers have related to it soo much that the line between reel and real often blurs out for them." she quipped. 

We are hopeful that Keerti aka Sayli will garner immense love for her performance as she has been doing a commendable job unveiling those grappling layers in her character.
