MUMBAI: Tellychakkar.com has been on the forefront when it comes to reporting updates from the world of television, digital and Bollywood.

There are a lot of shows being launched by production houses and there are a plethora which are in the pipeline. It was only recently that we reported that there is a new webseries in the making which will star Shahbaz Khan in the lead role. The series will be titled Shukla v/s Tripathis under the banner of Dreams Limited.

According to information received, the series will star Shahbaz Khan in the lead role. The series will be based on a love story amid an established politician and an established one. Well, we now have information that actor Rohit Khurana and Shweta Tiwari will also star in the series.

The project will be directed by Deepak Pandey.

Rohit is known for his stint in shows like Sasural Simar Ka, Shanidev, Mahakali — Anth Hi Aarambh Hai, Tantra, Devi Adi Parashakti among others while Shweta is renowned for playing the role of Prerna in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Nach Balie, Bigg Boss 4, Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi, Comedy Nights with Kapil, Begusarai, Mere Dad Ki Dulhan and most recently, she has done Khatron Ke Khiladi season 11.            

The platform on which the series will stream is yet not known.
