MUMBAI: We all know that many of our favourite celebrities support each other for their latest projects. 

They have always showered love and support on their fellow actors and friends from the same industry. 

Karan Singh Chhabra is the latest to have received support from one of the most popular actors on the small screen and he couldn't stop gushing about it. It is none other than Karan Kundrra.

Well, before we tell you how Karan Kundrra came to Karan Singh Chhabra's rescue, there's an interesting update on Mr Chhabra's latest project.

Actor and anchor Karan Singh Chhabra recently celebrated the appreciation received for his new music video Kya Thi Dosti. The song is all about being friend-zoned and depicts that nothing hurts more than realizing that the one who meant everything to you is not meant for you.

Karan reveals how Karan Kundrra's name came into the picture. 

The actor said, “I suggested to the song’s director that we should have someone’s voiceover in the end to summarize our story in a single phrase, and I committed that I will get youth icon and TV star Karan Kundrra’s voiceover without asking him. I kept wondering the whole night what I would do if he said a no, since his own song was to be released in a few days, but the generous Punjabi ‘yaaron ka yaar’ that he is, he instantly agreed.''

Well, Mr. Kundrra definitely proved that he is a thorough gentleman by helping his dear friend without giving it a second thought.

Talking about the voiceover, Chhabra added, “It's written by a new lyricist named Rehbir and basically summarises what the song Kya Thi Dosti is trying to show. It's very relevant. ‘Toota dil hai ek tarde ishq se behtar’ shows the lead guy is willing to face a strong heartbreak rather than engaging in one-sided love.”

The video is directed by Dinesh Sudarshan Soi, produced by Rishima Sidhu, sung by Utkarsh Saxena, and has been released worldwide on the official YouTube Channel of 9191 Media.
