MUMBAI: Colors has launched a new show titled “Parineetii,” and the show is doing well. The audience has given it a thumbs-up.

Parineeti was earlier titled Prem Bandini but was changed later by the makers of the show. The show stars Ankur Verma, Tanvi Dogra, and Anchal Sahu in the lead roles.

The show has just started airing, and looking at the promos, it was said that it looks like a show about two best friends who end up marrying the same boy. Well, there isn't much revealed about the show, but fans have already speculated that the concept is similar to Arjit Taneja's Bahu Begum.

Now, in an exclusive update about the show, we have learnt that child actor Puvika Gupta has been roped in for it. She has worked in many television commercials for famous brands and in various television serials including Ishq Subhan Allah, Shadi Mubarak, and Teri Meri Ikk Jindri. In 2019, she participated in the Best Nanhe Sadasya Award in Zee Rishtey Awards. 

Puvika plays the role of the young Neeti and can be seen in flashbacks. 

Meanwhile, on the show, we see that Rajeev's mother wants him to see girls for marriage. He can see only Neeti's pictures everywhere.

Rajeev informs his mother that he is ready to marry all the girls. On the other side, Rajeev meets Parineetii and becomes her life saviour once again.

Parineetii feels a special connection with Rajeev and she feels attracted towards him.

Parineetii is a simple girl and always needs someone by her side to protect her.

Neeti teaches Parineetii to be strong and protect herself so that no one can come close to her but Parineetii is always timid.

This time Rajeev comes to protect her and she starts to have special feelings for him.
