In one of her recent interviews with a leading entertainment portal, Rakhi was asked about the same.

The actress said that she received so much backlash for undergoing these cosmetic surgeries. 

Rakhi said that a lot of leading Bollywood actresses, models have also done it but no one has ever questioned them or made an issue out of it. 

The actress reveals that she thinks it was a grave mistake that she confessed about going under the knife. People called her plastic which she really found offending. 

The Pardesiya girl defends herself and said that she was a kid and she ran away from home to make her career. She did not have a proper body and had to do it to survive in the industry. 

Rakhi reveals that she has gone through a lot of pain post that. 

The diva says that it was a part of her journey and she did it to get work.
