MUMBAI: Dil Mil Gaye was one of the highest-ranking show on Star One. Eleven actors played surgical interns and resident doctors of Sanjivani. Dr. Shashank Gupta was the head of the hospital and the father of Anjali and Riddhima.

The most loveable characters were Dr.Arman Malik and Dr Riddhima Gupta. Riddhima used to portray the simple sweet girl, and Arman used to portray the character of a handsome hunk. They always used to fight. Arman used to tease Riddhima and appreciate Anjali.

But fans mostly love and miss the prank and fights between them. The show has gone off air, and but fans of the show still miss the on-screen- jodi and keep sharing their videos and clips online. The fans had given Karan and Shilpa a name also: Kash. Post Shilpa's replacement in the show, fans were upset and it took a while for them to accept the new Ridhima.
