Actor Gaurav Kumar, who essayed the fun-loving character of Daboo Chaudhary in the popular Star Plus show Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai will soon be back in action after a break of nearly one and half years.

Well, the young lad has signed Saurabh Tewari’s upcoming show, Yeh Ishq Nahin Aasaan for Star Plus. 

As per reliable sources, “He will play the role of Omi, a guy who will be dumb. His character will be important to the story line.”

When contacted, Gaurav confirmed the news stating, “Yes, I have started shoot for the new show. Today happens to be the first day of shoot.”

Yeh Ishq Nahin Aasaan goes on floors from today, and we wish Saurabh and the entire crew all the very best!! 

Gaurav was earlier seen essaying the role of Tenzing in SAB TV’s Jersey No. 10. 

As we know, Pearl V. Puri and Asmita Sood will play the leads in this show.
