MUMBAI: Actor Harshad Arora is geared up for his next project. The actor is set to make his comeback with a bang. Yes, almost a year after his last show, Mayavi Maling, went off air, he is gearing up to make a comeback on television.     

According to a report in Times Of India, Harshad has been signed on to play the male lead on Vipul D Shah's upcoming project, Tera Kya Hoga Aliya. He will play a character called Alok who is a righteous, honest and ideal husband. A source associated with the show told the daily, “This will be Harshad's debut in the comedy genre and we hear that he is quite excited about dabbling in it." About the concept, the source shared, “It's a daily which is set in Agra and revolves around a middle-class family. Alok and Aliya are childhood sweethearts who also get married eventually. While Alok is madly in love with Aliya, she does not feel comfortable with women hitting on him. Both of them are teachers at a local school. Gradually in the show, they will also be seen playing parents to a son who loves to draw. What's interesting is that his drawings are usually a result of his premonitions and whatever he sketches comes true. However, one of his paintings results in some confusion which leads to hilarious situations on the show."

The report further mentioned that the show is expected to go on floors soon.
