MUMBAI: Actor Abhilash Chaudhary, who plays Sub Inspector, Hassan Naqvi in Savdhaan India, a crime-based show that is inspired by real life stories in India, says he actually understands how the policemen are helping us to fight with the Covid-19 and manage people being at home during lock down. 

The actor who has celebrates his birthday today (17 april) has wishes safety and health for cops as his special wish.

"I have played a cop three times. They are always on duty whenever we are enjoying more be it any public holiday or festive season. Their duty turns more and they can't enjoy with family, even now during lockdown when people are with families. They are working day and night for our safety. They are really emotional people with a very big helpful and responsible heart. So today, on my birthday I wish best of health to the police and all others who working for us keeping their lives on risk," he says.

Abhilash featured in every story as a cop sorting out issues in the television series. Earlier he played cop in Salman Khan starrer Dabangg 3 and in Neeraj Pandey's web series.

He also revealed, "Being a responsible citizen, I aways try to be with my family. We are learning to compromise and live a very simple lifestyle eating and managing with food and stuff available at home. We dont look for a chance or justification to move out. Its a fight for a nation if you think about other. It also a fight for self if you think only about yourself. I wish people understand and manage to fight like brave warriors."

Abhilash Chaudhary has earlier appeared in television shows like  Chandragupta Maurya and Paramavatar Shri Krishna.
