MUMBAI: Hina Khan has been creating a strong buzz ever since her name came up for the iconic Komolika character, which was originally played by Urvashi Dholakia, in Ekta Kapoor’s reboot version of Kasautii Zindagii Kay. Although there has been no official announcement about the same, Urvashi recently confirmed Hina is the new Komolika.

In yesterday’s episode, we saw a glimpse of Komolika. Hina took to her Instagram to share a selfie with a caption that read, ‘Journey starts here’. She also shared a video captioned ‘New beginning’. There is another picture of Hina, where the actress is sporting a nose ring. We wonder if this is her Komolika look.

Well, we all know that Hina Khan will be the perfect choice to essay the role of Komolika and that she will do justice to the role. While there is no mention about Kasautii Zindagii Kay in the post, it seems evident that the actress begins shooting for the show today.
