There was one time when Hina complained that her father took away her credit cards to stop her from spending. She has also revealed about her dad that only he was aware of her Mumbai dream. 

The actress who was currently in Kashmir for work commitments rushed to Mumbai airport just as the sudden news broke.

Further, she gave another surprise to her fans by participating in one of the biggest and most controversial reality shows Bigg Boss. She shone in the show like no other and became one of the most loved contestants for her personality and fashion sense. Hina became the first television celebrity to reach the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival. Hina then took up the role of popular antagonist Kamolika in Star Plus’ Kasauti Zindagi Kay.
