MUMBAI: It was only recently that a man threatened a female celebrity of rape.
Earlier too, there have been a lot of cases where celebrities who have been body shamed and have been trolled on social media till their breaking point. Well, celebrities too are humans like us but somewhere down the line, people forget this and pass hurtful comments on them.

There was also a case where Arshi Khan was pressurized to unfollow Bollywood icon Salman Khan because of the allegations of promoting nepotism. She was abused till she couldn’t handle it anymore.
Hina Khan has taken a stand on the same. She took to Twitter to mention that: Its time tht social media platforms take a quick action and resolve ths forever. Because us ignoring,reporting or blocking is nt enough n never will be.I urge @TwitterIndia @YouTubeIndia @instagram to plz consider ths n ban such Channels/Accounts/Handles. #BanSocialMediaAbusers
